Why this exists
“After 27 years, I was still guessing how each client wanted to be served.”

I built Client Chemistry for my own practice. After 27 years, I realized the answer was never more data about someone's portfolio. It was a shared language for how each person actually wants to communicate, decide, and be kept in the loop.
In a long relationship, being liked quietly replaces being heard. You stop asking how someone wants to be served, because you assume you already know. I built this to close that gap, on purpose, in both directions, and I wish someone had handed it to me on day one instead of twenty years in.

Client Chemistry is a communication intelligence tool for financial advisors. An advisor assesses their own communication style, invites clients to complete a short assessment, and receives a Chemistry Report that maps both sides of the relationship: how each client prefers to communicate, decide, and be kept informed, and exactly where that differs from the advisor.
It is not a personality test and not a financial product. It never touches accounts, custodians, or the content of a meeting. It is the shared language Shea wished he had on day one, turned into something any advisor can use before their next conversation.
