Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before getting started.

How do I get access?

Client Chemistry is invite-only during the private beta. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out as spots open. Already have an invite code from us? Head to the signup page and enter it to create your account.

How long does a client assessment take?

24 questions, typically under 10 minutes. Clients complete it on any device at their own pace, with no account or app download required.

What does the Chemistry Report contain?

Each report covers the client's communication archetype, a 6-dimension behavioral profile, a personalized communication playbook, meeting prep checklist, red flags to avoid, and a working dynamic analysis comparing your style to theirs.

Can I share the report with my client?

The full report, including your private communication playbook, is written for you and stays yours. With one click you can also download a client-facing copy: their profile, your profile, and how the two of you work together, in their words, with none of the confidential coaching. Hand it over or keep it. Your call.

Can I use this for existing clients or just new ones?

Both. Many advisors start by sending the assessment to their top 10 existing clients. The report is just as valuable, often more so, when you already have a relationship to contextualize it against.

What will it cost?

Plans start at $79 per month at public launch, with one price per advisor and no per-client fees or setup costs. Access today is by invitation while we onboard our first advisors, and anything you build now carries over. We'll never delete your work.

Isn't this just another personality test?

No. A personality test describes one person and stops. Client Chemistry maps both sides of a relationship and turns the comparison into actions: how to open a meeting, which channel to use, how to deliver bad news to this exact client. Your client benefits too. They see their own communication style and how the two of you work best together, so the relationship improves from both directions.

Won't I already know this about my longtime clients?

Most advisors discover blind spots. A client they assumed was analytical turns out to need the story first. Chemistry Reports surface the gap between how you think a client communicates and how they actually do. Advisors tell us it's most valuable on their top 10 relationships.

Is client assessment data secure?

About your clients, we store only what's needed to generate the report: their name, assessment responses, dimension scores, and archetype. We never collect financial account data or the content of your meetings, and there is no facility anywhere in the product to upload a transcript or meeting notes. You can optionally give us a client's email so we send them the assessment link, and we delete it once they finish. Everything else stays in your CRM where it belongs.
