How do I get access right now?
Client Chemistry is invite-only during the private beta. Join the waitlist and we will reach out as spots open. If you already have an invite code from us, you can create your account on the signup page.
What happens when you launch publicly?
New accounts will start with a 7-day free trial that includes up to 3 client reports, enough to see it work on real relationships. A payment method is required to begin the trial. If you do not cancel within the 7 days, your first month is charged and the plan renews automatically until you cancel. Advisors already using Client Chemistry will hear from us before anything changes, and everything you build carries over.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. Cancel on a paid plan and your access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not bill for partial periods after that.
What counts as an active client?
A client who has completed the assessment and has a profile in your dashboard. Invites you sent that were never completed do not count.
What does "unlimited, fair use" actually mean?
It means your genuine professional book is never capped by a seat count. Because each Chemistry Report carries a real AI processing cost, generous monthly ceilings exist on report generation to prevent automated or bulk abuse. Ordinary professional practice never comes close to them. If you ever approach a ceiling we tell you and talk to you, and we never silently bill you for going over.
Is there an annual option?
Yes. Annual billing gives you one month free in your first year. After that, your plan renews automatically at the standard annual price until you cancel. Team is quoted per firm, so annual terms are agreed as part of the quote.
What happens to my reports if I cancel?
Your reports and client profiles are retained, not deleted. Access is suspended while your subscription is inactive, and resubscribing restores everything exactly as you left it.
Do you have a plan for advisory teams?
Yes, and we are finishing it now. Team accounts give every advisor their own login and their own communication profile, plus a shared client workspace and a team compatibility view. Rather than sell you a price before it is ready, we would rather talk. Email info@clientchemistry.com and we will size it around your firm.
