Some companies say unlimited and quietly meter you. Here is exactly what we mean by it.
Your book is never seat-capped
On Advisor and Team, bring your whole client list. We do not charge per client and we do not throttle you for having a large practice.
AI generations have generous monthly ceilings
Chemistry Reports and meeting analyses each carry a real processing cost, so monthly limits exist to stop automated or bulk abuse. They are sized far above normal professional use, and you will be told clearly if you ever approach one.
No surprise overage bills
If you hit a fair-use ceiling we tell you and talk to you. We never silently bill you for going over.

What does it cost during the private beta?
Nothing. Invited advisors use Client Chemistry free, with no payment method required. We would rather you tell us what to fix than pay us while we build.
What happens when you launch publicly?
New accounts will start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to begin the trial, and the plan you chose starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Beta advisors will hear from us before anything changes, and everything you build during the beta carries over.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. Cancel on a paid plan and your access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not bill for partial periods after that.
What counts as an active client?
A client who has completed the assessment and has a profile in your dashboard. Pending invites that were never completed do not count, and prospects who come through your Chemistry Link count once they finish their assessment.
What does "unlimited, fair use" actually mean?
It means your genuine professional book is never capped by a seat count. Because each Chemistry Report and meeting analysis carries a real AI processing cost, generous monthly ceilings exist on those generation actions to prevent automated or bulk abuse. Ordinary professional practice never comes close to them.
Is there an annual option?
Yes. Annual billing gives you two months free on any plan.
What happens to my reports if I cancel?
Your reports and client profiles are retained, not deleted. Access is suspended while your subscription is inactive, and resubscribing restores everything exactly as you left it.

Yes, and we are finishing it now. Team accounts give every advisor their own login and their own communication profile, plus a shared client workspace and a team compatibility view.
